The BlockNotInGlobalAddressBook property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will be blocked.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will be blocked, or to VARIANT_FALSE if messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will not be blocked.
Boolean value that indicates whether messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will be blocked.
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
