The BlockNotInGlobalAddressBook property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will be blocked.

Parameters

pfBlockNotInGlobalAddressBook: Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will be blocked, or to VARIANT_FALSE if messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will not be blocked.
fBlockNotInGlobalAddressBook: Boolean value that indicates whether messages sent to recipients not in the global address book will be blocked.
