The MoveUp method moves the specified rule one step up the list of network rules, which corresponds to their order of application.
HRESULT MoveUp( [in] long index );
Required. Index (the current position indicated by the Order property) of the rule to move up.
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
Sub MoveUp( _ ByVal index As Long _ )
Required. Index (the current position indicated by the Order property) of the rule to move up.
This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
The MoveDown method moves a rule one step down the list of network rules.
