Item Method of the IFPCNisAvailableSignatureSets Interface

The Item method retrieves the specified FPCNisAvailableSignatureSet object from the collection.

v: Name or one-based index of the FPCNisAvailableSignatureSet to retrieve.
pItem: Address of an IFPCNisAvailableSignatureSet interface pointer that on return points to the requested FPCNisAvailableSignatureSet object.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
