BDATeamAffinity Property of the IFPCEENLBConfiguration Interface

The BDATeamAffinity property gets or sets a value from the FpcNLBAffinity enumerated type that specifies the type of affinity for the bidirectional affinity (BDA) team in the array. In Forefront TMG, all of the Forefront TMG computers that participate in Network Load Balancing in an array form a BDA team. Only the single type of affinity is supported in Forefront TMG.

BDA ensures that client connections that are routed through a particular Forefront TMG computer in a Forefront TMG array are load-balanced back to the same Forefront TMG computer.

Parameters

pNLBAffinity: Pointer to a variable that on return receives a value from the FpcNLBAffinity enumerated type specifying the type of affinity for the BDA team in the array.
NLBAffinity: Value from the FpcNLBAffinity enumerated type that specifies the type of affinity for the BDA team in the array.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is fpcNLBAffinitySingle, which indicates that Single affinity is configured for the BDA team in the array. Note that only the default value is supported in Forefront TMG.
