Add Method of the IFPCNonWindowsUsers Interface

The Add method creates a new FPCNonWindowsUser object in the collection and returns a reference to it.

Parameters

Username
Required. BSTR that specifies the name of the user.
Namespace
Required. BSTR that specifies the user's namespace, which identifies the authentication scheme that will be used for the user. The value supplied should not contain more than UNLEN characters. UNLEN is defined in Lmcons.h.
ppNonWindowsUser

Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the new IFPCNonWindowsUser interface created.

Username
Required. String that specifies the name of the user.
Namespace
Required. String that specifies the user's namespace, which identifies the authentication scheme that will be used for the user. The value supplied should not contain more than UNLEN characters. UNLEN is defined in Lmcons.h.

Return Value

This method returns a reference to an FPCNonWindowsUser object if successful. Otherwise, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.

Remarks

This function does not validate the length of the value supplied in the Namespace parameter. A namespace containing more than UNLEN characters should not be used.
