The EnablePublishingRules property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether server publishing rules and Web publishing rules may be created in the array policy.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if server publishing rules and Web publishing rules may be created in the array policy, or to VARIANT_FALSE if publishing rules may not be created in the array policy.
Boolean value that indicates whether server publishing rules and Web publishing rules may be created in the array policy.
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
Property EnablePublishingRules As Boolean
Boolean value that indicates whether server publishing rules and Web publishing rules may be created in the array policy.
This property is read/write. Its default value is True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++). Before setting it to False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++), all user-defined access rules that deny traffic must be removed from the array policy.
