Add Method of the IFPCPolicyGroups Interface

The Add method creates a new FPCPolicyGroup object in the collection and returns a reference to it.

Name: A BSTR that specifies the name of the new FPCPolicyGroup object.
ppNewGroup: Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the new IFPCPolicyGroup interface created.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
