SetRedirectHostAndPorts Method of the IFPCPrimaryRoute Interface

The SetRedirectHostAndPorts method sets the name of the host for redirecting requests from Web proxy clients and the ports to use.

Host: BSTR that specifies the name of the host.
RedirectHostPort: A 32-bit integer that specifies the port to use for HTTP requests. It can have a value from 1 to 65535.
RedirectHostSSLPort: A 32-bit integer that specifies the port to use for HTTPS requests. It can have a value from 1 to 65535.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
