The SetTCP method sets all of the parameters of a TCP connection.
HRESULT SetTCP( [in] long PortLo, [in] long PortHi, [in] FpcConnectionDirectionType Direction );
A 32-bit integer that specifies the low end of the port number range. It can have a value from 1 through 65535.
A 32-bit integer that specifies the high end of the port number range. It can have a value from 1 through 65535, but must be equal to or greater than the value of the PortLo parameter.
Value from the FpcConnectionDirectionType enumerated type that specifies the direction in which the connection can be opened.

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
