The AddTCP method creates a new FPCProtocolConnection object for a TCP connection and returns a reference to it.
HRESULT AddTCP( [in] FpcConnectionDirectionType Direction, [in] long PortLo, [in] long PortHi, [out] IFPCProtocolConnection** ppNewProtocolConnection );
Required. Value from the FpcConnectionDirectionType enumerated type that specifies the direction for the new connection.
Lower bound of the port range used in the connection.
Upper bound of the port range used in the connection.
Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the new IFPCProtocolConnection interface created.
This method can return one of the following:

This method returns a reference to an FPCProtocolConnection object if successful. Otherwise, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
