Predefined Property of the IFPCProtocolDefinition Interface

The Predefined property gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the protocol is a predefined Forefront TMG protocol. A predefined protocol cannot deleted, and its name, description, and connections cannot be modified.

Parameters

pfPredefined

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the protocol is a predefined Forefront TMG protocol, or to VARIANT_FALSE if the protocol is not predefined.

Return Value

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Remarks

This property is read-only. Note that it is set to False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++) for protocol definitions that are installed by application filters during Forefront TMG setup.
