Add Method of the IFPCRdlReportCategories Interface

The Add method adds a new FPCRdlReportCategory object to the collection.

Name: A BSTR that represents the name of the new FPCRdlReportCategory object.
ppNewRdlReportCategory: Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the new IFPCRdlReportCategory interface created.

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
