PortHigh Property of the IFPCRestrictedPortsRange Interface

The PortHigh property gets highest-numbered port of the range.

plPortHigh: Pointer to a long that on return specifies the highest-numbered port of the range.

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
