PortLow Property of the IFPCRestrictedPortsRange Interface

The PortLow property gets the lowest-numbered port of the range.

plPortLow: Pointer to a long that on return specifies the lowest-numbered port of the range.

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
