DelegateBasicCredentials Property of the IFPCRoutingRule Interface

The DelegateBasicCredentials property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether Basic credentials are forwarded to an upstream proxy server for authenticating the client.

Parameters

pfDelegated: Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if Basic credentials Basic credentials are forwarded to an upstream proxy server for authenticating the client, or to VARIANT_FALSE if Basic credentials are not forwarded to an upstream proxy server for authenticating the client.
fDelegated: Boolean value that indicates whether Basic credentials are forwarded to an upstream proxy server for authenticating the client.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
