DrainstopNLB Method of the IFPCEEServer Interface

The DrainstopNLB method drains all remote connections and then stops Network Load Balancing (NLB) on the server. During draining, no new connections are allowed, but existing connections are allowed to complete their jobs and terminate gracefully.

Parameters

This method has no parameters.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

This method has no parameters.

Return Value

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.

Remarks

Call the StartNLB method to start NLB on the server.

Client Requires Windows Vista or Windows XP.
Server Requires Windows Server 2008.
Version Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG).
