MSDEServiceStatus Property of the IFPCServer Interface

The MSDEServiceStatus property gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE) service is running.

);

pfMSDEServiceStatus: Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the MSDE service is running, or to VARIANT_FALSE if the rule is disabled, and the MSDE service is not running.

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

This property is deprecated in Forefront TMG. Use IsaDatabaseLogServiceStatus instead.
