The ResumeNLB method resumes Network Load Balancing (NLB) on the server.
HRESULT ResumeNLB();
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
Sub ResumeNLB()

When this method is called, the use of the NLB cluster-control commands is re-enabled on the server, and NLB can be started.
