The SecureNATSessionsCount property gets the number of secure network address translation (SecureNAT) sessions running on the server.
HRESULT get_SecureNATSessionsCount( long* plCount );
Pointer to a variable that on return receives a 32-bit integer specifying the number of SecureNAT sessions running on the server.
This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
