SendRestartNotification Method of the IFPCEEServer Interface

The SendRestartNotification method sends a notification that specific services need to be restarted.

Parameters

Services

A 32-bit integer containing a bitmask that specifies which services need to be restarted. Bit 0 corresponds to the Microsoft Firewall service, and bit 1 corresponds to the Microsoft Forefront TMG Job Scheduler service.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Remarks

The values defined in the FpcServices enumeration can be used to compose the bitmask and specify which services need to be restarted in the Services parameter.
