The StartRemoteAccessService method starts the Routing and Remote Access service on the server.

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
Call the StopRemoteAccessService method to stop the Routing and Remote Access service on the server.
