The StopFirewallService method stops the Microsoft Firewall service on the server.
HRESULT StopFirewallService( [in, optional] VARIANT_BOOL fWaitUntilComplete );
Sub StopFirewallService( _ [ ByVal fWaitUntilComplete As Boolean ] _ )
This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
Whenever the Firewall service shuts down, the server enters lockdown mode. For more information about lockdown mode, see About the Microsoft Firewall Service.
