The StopForefrontServerSecurityService method stops the Forefront Server Security for Exchange service.
HRESULT StopForefrontServerSecurityService( [in, optional] VARIANT_BOOL fWaitUntilComplete );
Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning S_OK or an error. The default value is VARIANT_FALSE.
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
Function StopForefrontServerSecurityService( _ [ ByVal fWaitUntilComplete As Boolean ] _ )
Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning or raising an error. The default value is False.
If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
Call the StartForefrontServerSecurityService method to start the Microsoft Forefront TMG Managed Control service.
