StopManagedControlService Method of the IFPCServer4 Interface

The StopManagedControlService method stops the Microsoft Forefront TMG Managed Control service.

Syntax

HRESULT StopManagedControlService(
  [in, optional]  VARIANT_BOOL fWaitUntilComplete
);

Parameters

fWaitUntilComplete
Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning S_OK or an error. The default value is VARIANT_FALSE.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

fWaitUntilComplete

Call the StartManagedControlService method to start the Microsoft Forefront TMG Managed Control service.
