CheckForUpdates Method of the IFPCUpdateCenter Interface

The CheckForUpdates method connects to all the update services and checks for available updates.

Parameters

This method has no parameters.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Parameters

This method has no parameters.

Return Value

If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.

Server Requires Windows Server 2008.
Version Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG).
