UseSelfProxy Property of the IFPCUpdateCenter2 Interface

The UseSelfProxy property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether to use self-proxy in order to reach the external destination update server.

Parameters

pfUseSelfProxy

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if self-proxy is enabled, or to VARIANT_FALSE if self-proxy is not enabled.

fUseSelfProxy

Boolean value that specifies whether self-proxy in order to reach the external destination update server is enabled.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
