The BlockIfUrlDatabaseUnavailable property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether Web traffic will be blocked if the URL filtering database is not available.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the Web traffic will be blocked if the URL filtering database is not available, or to VARIANT_FALSE if Web traffic will not be blocked if the URL filtering database is not available.
Boolean value that specifies whether Web traffic will be blocked if the URL filtering database is not available.
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
