The AllowCustomIPSecPolicyForL2TP property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether incoming L2TP connections may use a custom IPsec policy.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if the incoming L2TP connections may use a custom IPsec policy, or to VARIANT_FALSE if incoming L2TP connections may not use a custom IPsec policy.

This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
