The Phase1RekeyingTime property gets or sets the Phase 1 rekeying time, in seconds.

plPhase1RekeyingTime: Pointer to a 32-bit integer that is set on return to a long value specifying the Phase 1 rekeying time, in seconds.

This property is read/write. Its default value is 28,800 seconds (8 hours), and it must be set to a value equal to or greater than 60 seconds.
