AutoScript Property of the IFPCWebBrowserClientConfig Interface

The Autoscript property gets an FPCClientAutoScript object that defines the contents of the default automatic configuration script for Web browsers running on client computers.

Parameters

ppClientAutoScript: Address of an interface pointer that on return points to an IFPCClientAutoScript interface that represents the contents of the default automatic configuration script for Web browsers running on client computers.

Return Value

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Remarks

This property is read-only.

Web browsers running on Firewall clients use the default automatic configuration script only if the BrowserConfigScriptEnabled property is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++) and the BrowserConfigScriptFlag property is set to fpcBrowserDefaultScript.

Web browsers running on computers on which the Firewall Client software is not installed can be configured manually to use the default automatic configuration script.
