Guid Property of the IFPCWebFilter Interface

The Guid property gets the vendor-supplied string-formatted globally unique identifier (GUID) for the filter.

Parameters

pbstrGuid: Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the string-formatted GUID for the filter.

Return Value

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

String that specifies the string-formatted GUID for the filter.

Remarks

This property is read-only.

The GUID retrieved is formatted as a string in the form {12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789ABC}. Note the presence of the braces normally used with GUIDs.
