The RequireSSLClientCertificate property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether authentication using an SSL client certificate that matches the client's credentials is required.

Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if authentication using an SSL client certificate that matches the client's credentials is required, or to VARIANT_FALSE if authentication using an SSL client certificate that matches the client's credentials is not required.

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
