SSLClientCertificate Property of the IFPCWebPublishingProperties Interface

The SSLClientCertificate property gets or sets an FPCCertificate object that represents the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) client certificate to use when the Forefront TMG computer authenticates to the published server.

Parameters

ppCertificate: Address of an interface pointer that on return points to an IFPCCertificate interface representing the SSL client certificate to use when the Forefront TMG computer authenticates to the published server.
pCertificate: Pointer to an IFPCCertificate interface that points on return to the interface representing the SSL client certificate to use when the Forefront TMG computer authenticates to the published server.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write.

The Forefront TMG computer is required to authenticate to the published Web server using an SSL certificate when the PublishedServerType property is set to fpcWebServerThruSSL or fpcWebServerThruBothHTTPAndSSL and the FPCCertificate object held in the SSLClientCertificate property is not a null object.
