CreateIpFilter Method of the IFWXFirewall Interface

The CreateIpFilter method creates an IP filter object that implements the IFWXIpFilter interface.

Syntax

HRESULT CreateIpFilter(
  [out]  IFWXIpFilter** ppIpFilter
);

Parameters

ppIpFilter

Address of a variable that receives a pointer to the IFWXIpFilter interface.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
