GetAddress Method of the IFWXNetworkAddress Interface

The GetAddress method retrieves the IP address.

Syntax

HRESULT GetAddress(
  [out]	LPSOCKADDR Address,
  [in, out]  DWORD* AddressLength
);

Parameters

Address

Pointer to a sockaddr structure that on return receives the IP address.

AddressLength

Pointer to a variable that specifies the length, in bytes, of the structure pointed to by the Address parameter. On return, AddressLength receives the actual size, in bytes, of the address returned in the Address parameter.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Version	Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG).
Header	Declared in Wspfwext.idl.
DLL	Requires Wspsrv.exe.
