There are steps you can take to check that your Exchange services have been published correctly on Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG).

If Outlook Web Access (OWA) published successfully, this also means that Forefront UAG is communicating with the Exchange Client Access server, and that all of the Exchange services were published successfully.

The following procedure enables you to check if OWA published successfully.

To check if Exchange published successfully

  1. From a client computer, open a web browser and navigate to the URL of the Exchange server. For example

  2. On the login page, enter your user name and password, and click Login.

    If your inbox appears, this means that you have correctly configured your OWA Exchange service.
