This topic describes how to give permission to users to whom you want to grant Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) access in the Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) portal.

To grant access to AD FS users

  1. On the Forefront UAG server, in the Users and Groups console, click Groups.

  2. Double-click Forefront UAG ADFS Users, and then on the Forefront UAG ADFS Users Properties dialog box, click Add to add the users or groups (depending on the resource account mapping method: resource account, resource group, group-to-UPN mapping) to whom you want to grant AD FS access in the portal.

  3. Click OK to close the Forefront UAG ADFS Users Properties dialog box.
