This option is designed for cascading connections to provider's
proxy-server, another server, etc. The following must be indicated
for set-up:
- Name - cascading name
- Enter server URL or IP - address, and connection port
- Proxy type - the protocol type
- Authorization (User Name/Password) - is switched on if it is
required by cascading proxy.
