For this procedure, in Metaverse Search, you can export a search query to file. This can be helpful when you want to reuse complex search queries that you have created. To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the FIMSyncJoiners security group or the FIMSyncAdmins security group .

To export a metaverse search query to file |

On the Tools menu, click Metaverse Search.

On the Actions menu, click Export Query.

Type a file name, and then click Save.

When you save a query, all of the search query settings, including Search Results column settings, are saved. |
