Remarks

FIM CM will call Supports before making an action call. For example, before calling RequestCertificatesFIM CM will call IsOnline. If Supports returns false, then an error message is displayed and no actual call to the Certificate Authority (CA) takes place.

Notes to Implementers: Implementation of this method should not throw any exceptions.
