Site access is restricted through the use of a site and content rule. Each site and content rule is represented by a FPCSiteAndContentRule object and accessed through the FPCSiteAndContentRules collection. A site and content rule defines actions that ISA Server will take when specific users attempt to access specific sites or content through ISA.
