RetryCount
Property of the MIIS_PasswordChangeHistoryTarget Class
The RetryCount property gets the number of password change
attempts that have occurred. To determine if the maximum number of
attempts at changing the password was reached, get the value of the
MIIS_PasswordChangeHistoryTarget.ReachedRetryLimit
property.
