ManagementIpOrName Property of the IFPCEEServer Interface

The ManagementIpOrName property gets or sets the IP address or computer name that can be used instead of the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the server for remote monitoring.

Parameters

pbstrAddress: Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the IP address or computer name that can be used instead of the FQDN of the server for remote monitoring.
bstrAddress: BSTR that specifies the IP address or computer name that can be used instead of the FQDN of the server for remote monitoring.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. It is applicable only if the UseManagementIpOrName property is set to True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++). Its default value is an empty string (BSTR in C++).
