HRESULT StopIsaDatabaseLogService( [in, optional] VARIANT_BOOL fWaitUntilComplete );
Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning S_OK or an error.
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning or raising an error.
If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
