The StartIsaDatabaseLogService method starts the SQL Server Express service on the server.
HRESULT StartIsaDatabaseLogService( [in, optional] VARIANT_BOOL fWaitUntilComplete );
Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning S_OK or an error.
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Boolean value that specifies whether the method waits for the operation to complete before returning or raising an error.
If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
Call the StopIsaDatabaseLogService method to stop the SQL Server Express service on the server.
This method supersedes StartMSDEService, which is deprecated in Forefront TMG.
