The main window of Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 includes the main menu and a button bar from which you can access all the program options:
Status: Provides information about the protection level offered by the program and shows the status of each of the protections, and the updates. From this screen you can enable the functions that are disabled and access their settings.
Scan: Scan your PC whenever you want. Simply select the components of the PC that you want to scan and the scan will start immediately. You can also schedule scans to run whenever you want.
Report: Information at-a-glance about: the malicious software detected, updates and scans carried out, and intrusion attempts blocked by the firewall. Also, thanks to the innovative statistics system, you will have a graphic view of all the information. You will therefore have all the information you need at-a-glance.
Quarantine: Contains the suspicious files isolated from the rest of the system to guarantee the security of your PC. From here you can send files to be analyzed by our experts.
Services: You can only use the services if you have activated them. This means you have the backing of IT security experts who will help you resolve any possible queries that arise.
Update: Configure the program to update automatically. You can also update it manually whenever you want.
Preferences: From here you can configure the self-diagnosis, areas of restricted access, etc.
You can find all the information you'll need about the product. To do this:
Click on the Help option in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select Help.
You can find the information you want in the list of topics on the left or by searching for a specific item using the Search option.
Double click on the Help topic you want.
The Help menu also lets you:
Activate the product.
Consult FAQs and other tips.
Consult a list of contact addresses, etc.
