FPCDelegatedAdmins Collection

The FPCDelegatedAdmins collection holds a set of FPCDelegatedAdmin objects that represent the Windows users and groups of users to which an administrative role defined by an FPCSecurityRole object is assigned for a specific object.

An administrative role defines a collection of rights, which authorize users and groups to perform specific actions. When a role is assigned to a user or group, Forefront TMG configures the discretionary access control list (DACL) in the security descriptor of each applicable object to grant the permissions needed to perform the actions allowed by the role to the user or group. Forefront TMG also reconfigures the DACLs in the applicable security descriptors whenever you modify the assignments of the administrative roles or the Microsoft Forefront TMG Control service (isactrl) is restarted.

This collection is used to specify the administrative roles assigned to a user or group of users for the FPCArray, FPCEnterprise (not available in Forefront TMG Medium Buisness Edition), and FPCPolicy (not available in Forefront TMG Medium Buisness Edition) objects.

The FPCDelegatedAdmins collection is accessed through the DelegatedAdmins property of an FPCAdminSecurity object.

Inheritance

This collection inherits from the FPCPersist object, which contains methods and properties related to the persistent storage of an object's data. They include methods for exporting the object's data to and importing it from an XML document.
